Allahabad: In the third phase, 4380 seats have already been vacant even after online counseling for admission in DLDE (former BTC) 2017. In order to fill these seats the Secretary of the Regulatory Authority will not be hasty, but after the completion of the admission process for the third phase by November 10, the total vacant seats will make the government aware. Fourth phase will be started only after getting the instructions from there. The examination regulatory office believes that in every stage the candidates who have given their choice of colleges of choice have not been able to get admission. Therefore, he will wait to get admission in the candidates who have been allocated in the third phase. It is possible that the number of vacant seats is increased. For this, everyone has been given time till 10 November. After this, the number of actual vacancies will be known. He will be apprised of the rule and the steps will be taken according to the instructions given. He said that the two-year training session has started so that the candidates should not be late in taking admission.
