The High Court has directed to file a report by registering a case against the then District School Inspector in the fake appointment of teachers in Intermediate College, Jaunpur. The hearing on the PIL of Prabhu Shankar Tiwari has been given by the bench of Justice Arun Tandon and Justice Rajiv Joshi. Advocate Pankaj Kumar Upadhyay advocated on the petition. As per the petition, 20 teachers of the unapproved posts in Jaunpur Inter College, Nevadia were falsely recruited. They were also issued wages from the treasury of the state government. When the matter was opened, the Secondary Education Secretary examined it and filed a lawsuit against the Principal and the manager of the college. The court said that the fraudulent teachers were being paid salaries from the official treasury, so that the district school is not possible without inspector's approval. 1 Court has ordered to file a lawsuit against the concerned guilty DIOS. The Secondary Education Secretary told the court that the DIOS has been ordered to file a report by submitting a lawsuit.
