During the 12 years that Dr. Bhumrao Ambedkar University passed on the basis of fake marks of Agra, 4570 candidates were successful in getting appointment as teachers in the council schools. Now the fact is that this teacher is hanging the sword of dismissal on the job of the Special Investigation Team (SIT). The government has issued a list of such teachers to the District Basic Education Officers and asked them to take legal action against them. 1 This issue of getting a teacher's job on the basis of fake bogus marks is linked to the BRD Session of 2004, Ambedkar University, Agra. In this case the petition was filed in the High Court in the year 2013. After examining the case of the 2004-04 Chatrons protected in the High Court, the government had ordered the SIT to register a lawsuit on October 16, 2015. In order of order passed by the High Court in 2014, the Registrar General provided the SIT to the Sarvomohar protected tabulation part from the year 2013. SIT was provided by Ambedkar Vidyalaya Agra, the basic tabulating chart of BEd Session 2005 which is not signed by any university official or employee. In the B.Ed Session 2004-05, the NCTE had sanctioned a total of 8150 students for conducting BEd courses for the total of 82 colleges, in relation to which the university had given affiliation to colleges to run BEd course in the year 2004-05. SIT has investigated the matter and handed the report to the government. It has been reported in the investigation report that 12472 students of 84 colleges in the BEd Session 2004-05 tabulan chart have been affected. At the same time, according to compiled archival evidence, in the B.Ed Session 2004-05, a total of 8030 students took admission in 82 colleges. In the examination result, the Kehiril Gautam Memorial College of Aligarh, Nagla Saruya and Jayamuthi College of Firozabad, Nagla Baal, Sirasganj did not have affiliation to conduct a B.Ed session, nor did these courses run BEd courses. In the name of these colleges, 147-147 fake marks sheets of high marks were issued to students and their adjustment was made in the university's tabulating chart. On the basis of information given by Agency Integrated Software System, Metropolitan, Lucknow, which has been preparing for the B.Ed Session 2004-05, examination results of 8930 students for the B.Ed Session 2004-05 of Ambedkar University, Agra in November 2006 and related Tabulation charts and CDs are provided to the authorized person of the University. On June 5 and June 6, 2016 joint team of SIT and University officials searched the Ambedkar University campus. During the search, the marks of the first and fifth paper of the BS Session 2004-05 examination and a total of 8899 students of the experimental examination were recovered, in which the marks of two recognized colleges were not recovered.
