Court stir
Friends, today on 12th December, in the Allahabad High Court on the basis of option, in the single bench of Judge Mr. Sunit Kumar ji in Court No. 19 for returning to the original school.
The hearing of the case was preceded by lunch but the prosecutor said in the previous date despite the time given for instructions in the direction of not receiving the directive and said that he has made the cabinet decision the basis, yet the circular has not yet been issued.
On this, the advocate of the petition argued in Court that yes my Lord In the order of the Honorable Supreme Court order, we had a Cabinet decision to send us to the original post, but the Government is not taking any decision that after all, the government has been working in these schools in that capacity, clear it.
* On this, Hon'ble Justice has fixed the next date by giving a time to the government counsel to make some decisions on this date 23-01-2018. *
Now there is a strong possibility of positive decisions coming on the upcoming date.
