एसआईटी द्वारा फर्जी बीएड डिग्री मामले में 153 बेसिक शिक्षकों को कोर्ट से मिली राहत, नियमानुसार कार्यवाही न होने तक नियमित वेतन भुगतान के आदेश

Allahabad: Allahabad High Court has stayed the show notices for the termination of the services of 153 assistant teachers working in the primary schools of the state and sought the response from the state government on the petition. The court has said that the government should take action to remove it from the service as per rules. Until then, the work of the petitioners should not be interfered. The court has also instructed them to pay regular salary.

This order was given by Justice Suneet Kumar on the petition of Suryavati and 152 others. The next hearing of the petition will be on January 8. It is known that in the SIT investigation, the BEd degree of the Liturs was found to be fake in 2004-05. This degree was not released from the concerned university. It is a teacher in various schools of the state. Based on the report of SIT, the concerned District Basic Education Officers have issued show cause notices to remove these teachers from service. The petitioners say that they have been appointed under regular procedure. They can not be removed without taking legal process. 153 teachers working in primary schools are relieved of the court
