Whether there was reservation for mercury teachers in the placement advertisement or not: High Court

Ranchi: A High Court hearing on a petition challenging a single bench in the matter of considering the mercury teacher as a general candidate was heard on Monday in primary teacher restoration. The Bench of Acting Chief Justice Justice DN Patel and Justice Amitabh Kumar Gupta, verbally, wanted to know from the government whether the appointment was made to give reservation in merit teachers in the appointment advertisement or not? The court asked to file an affidavit. The bench fixed the date of November 20 for the next hearing of the case. Earlier, on behalf of the applicant, it was told that there is a provision for giving 50% reservation benefits for teacher appointment for teachers who passed the Tate. Those meritorious teachers who applied as normal, were not appointed. Despite being vacant, he was denied the appointment. Explain that an appeal petition has been filed by petitioner Pawan Singh Chaudhary and others. The applicants have challenged a single bench order. The single bench upheld the government's decision.
