For the first time recruitment of 68,500 teachers in the state, new courses have also been started in the coaching centers to overcome the written examination. After the Teacher Eligibility Examination (TET), the atmosphere is now hot due to the recruitment of teachers.

This time the discussion of teacher recruitment is so high that after the cancellation of about 1.30 lakh students, this is the first recruitment. In this recruitment, maximum number of 25 students is given weightage to education students. Successful recruitment will be done only after writing written examination, academic coefficient and these weightlines. Successful youth in TET can take written exams but the crowd of young people is getting accumulated in coaching centers.

There are also youths who take the TET 2017 exam, which has not yet come to the conclusion. In Allahabad, Lucknow, Kanpur, Gorakhpur, there is a lot of advertisements in many districts which are giving their guarantee in their own way to get the passes. It is about completing the course in two months or so in a month. If the capsule is going on somewhere, the experts are being called separately.
 For this, the coaching centers are charging 20 to 50 thousand rupees. Coaching institutions are taking money evenly by adding famous experts in the city for every subject. Classes in coaching are being run from the last week of October. For the first time the examination is underway, therefore the youth are going to the coaching center to understand its patterns.

Government can also start coaching
The state government is also contemplating initiating coaching for the first time written examination in teacher recruitment. This written test will be for the first time, therefore the churning is being done in the government to clarify the pattern through coaching. Prior to this, coaching was given to TET through district education and training institutions.
