Hundreds of teachers will get the deployment as a spokesperson, the profit of promoted Grade Pay 4800 will also be available. There will be no ad hoc promotions on the direct recruitment posts of the spokesman. The school education secretary Chandrasekhar Bhatt has issued the order in this regard on Wednesday. For the first time in the state, LT teachers have been given ad hoc promotions on the posts of the spokesman. Prior to this, the promotion has only got the promotion of principals of state high school and promotions of principals of State Inter Colleges. There is no provision for direct recruitment in both the said posts. Teacher organizations have long been demanding this. The Directorate of Secondary Education sent the proposal to the Government in respect of the said relationship. The government, which was mourning the men and teachers in the state, also fined the grant by stamping the proposal of the Directorate on Wednesday. 1 According to the mandate, ad hoc promotion will be given to LT teachers working on 4600 grade pay in the State Inter Colleges, on the vacant posts of the spokesman. He will also be given grade 4800 of the spokesman's post. According to the condition and restrictions for ad hoc promotion, LT teachers working in the first phase will get promotion in respect of the vacant posts of the spokespersons in the first phase. For ad hoc promotion, consider the basis of seniority in the nutritious cadre. 1 promotion will be done relative to the vacancies of the prescribed posts. The said promotion will not be made on direct recruitment posts. After completing the superannuation age, working on session benefits and LT teachers who are working on extension of two years after getting President or State Award, they will not be given the service benefits of ad hoc promotion. 1 Lt. Teacher Lecturer (Lien) promoted to the post of ad hoc will remain on the LT post till they get fundamental appointment for the post of the spokesman. 1 The Government has made it clear that the ad hoc promotion service period will not be calculated for seniority. The system of ad hoc promotion has been termed as fully functional and temporary. The governor has asked the Director of Secondary Education to comply with the said order.
