SHIKSHAMITRA: Education will learn everything on education, education will also give education, know-how will become merit

The state cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday approved the recruitment of 1.37 lakh primary teachers in written examination.
The same candidates will be eligible for application, which will be TET pass. This will be the same arrangement for education students, that is, they have to pass the written exam along with the TET pass.


State Energy Minister and spokesman Shrikant Sharma said that the government has approved amendment in the UP Basic Education Teacher Service Manual for the change of selection criteria in teacher recruitment. The emphasis of the government is on quality education. That's why this change has been done. Minimum qualifying / qualifying marks for the written examination and guidelines related to it will be issued by the State Education Research and Training Council with the permission of the State Government.
The merit will be created to decide the marks of 60% marks and maximum of 40 marks for the qualifying marks in the written examination. To determine educational coefficient 10th, 12th, Graduation and 10% of BTC will be added. Merit will be prepared by adding the marks of Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination.

Think of it like this ...

There are 75 percent marks in the 10th and the merit will add 7.5 points
75 percent marks in the 12th and 7.5 points in the merit
75% marks in graduation and 7.5 marks in merit
75% marks in BTC and 7.5 points in merit
I.e. 30 points of academic coefficient.
In the Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination, the candidate gets 150 marks out of 200, ie 75 percent, and 60 percent of 75 marks that means 45 marks in merit.
That is, the candidate will get a total of 75 points (30 + 45). On this basis merit will be fixed.

Maximum 25 marks weightage for education students

According to the orders of the Supreme Court, the education students will get a weight of 2.5 points for each year on the basis of experience. This will be a maximum of 25 digits. Education Minister (Independent Charge) Anupama Jaiswal said that the maximum age limit for education will be 60 years.
