Challenges to take up many announcements for basic, secondary education on the ground

Many important announcements in basic and secondary education have to be brought down on the ground. To implement the government's plans, there are no regular officers in both the departments, who are currently employed, many retirees. In such a case, the caretaker officers will run like a train of education. The new government of the province has raised confidential information several times for departmental promotion but promotion can not be done, while the Chief Secretary has also issued the order in this regard.

During the regular reshuffle in the Education Department in June, there was a shortage of officers. For this reason, the deployment of caretaker joint education directors was carried out in all the boards, as well as the caretaker officers have been given the task of two or two divisions. The government tried to complete the reduction by the DPCs of the Joint Education Directors, but the problem remains intact. Similar circumstances are going to be at the level of Additional Education Director. There are 12 posts of Additional Education Director in the State. So far, nine additional directors were working in some way.

In October, two Additional Education Directors, Secondary, Dr. Ramesh and Eddie Woman Shail Yadav will retire. After this, only Additional Education Director Basic Vinay Kumar Pandey will be saved in the Directorate of Education. In this case, only six Additional Education Directors will be in Basic and Secondary. Three of these will be in Lucknow and three in Allahabad. This is the situation when an Additional Director of Education has accepted VRS from the government, later refused to take it. Additional Education Director Neena Shrivastav has a double charge of Secretary of the UP Board and secretary of Secondary Education Service Selection Board. Preparations for board examinations have started and the merger of the selection board, in such a situation, it would be very difficult to carry forward dual responsibility for them. Similarly, the Deputy Director of Education and District School Inspectors are also in the same condition.
